Problems with Sims download

So, I downloaded the Sims 4 on my MacBook with two expansions, two stuff packs and 2 game packs. All of them downloaded and says complete but every time I go to play it says "download in process" and goes on to say if I start to play it can negatively impact gameplay. The two stuff packs and the game itself are completely downloaded and has a play button beside the stuff packs BUT the others have a download button still. I've pressed all of them and it literally doesn't do anything so, can someone please explain what's going on or tell me what I can do? I've also fully restarted Origin and so far none of that has seemed to work.

What packs?

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again.
