Problem with sims 4 university and language problem

Hello, first sorry for my english if i make some mistakes.

So I upload my game with the legacy edition an i also bought university. But the pack don't appear, I know why but i want ton know if their is a solution and if upload my computer to mac os high sierra or mojave can do something or is useless ?

And also I've had some bugs so i change the language to english then to french burt he stay in english and i don't know why.

My mac is a macos Sierra Version 10.12.6, with 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5 and AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 Mo. I don't know if is compatiple with metal.

I don't think I have an antivirus
I tried to repair the game
And I use CC mods

@NEOLEXFD And also I'm gonna uploade my version to Mac Os High Sierra I have make some research and their is Metal 2 on it. Does he work ?
