Problem launching Sims 3 on Mac

Hi Guys,

I just installed Sims 3 on my MacBook (downloaded via Origin), the whole installation went well but when I launch the game I first get to little menu screen, when I press the play icon another screen opens but after several seconds it says it can't connect to the server (see the print screen below).

Does anyone have this problem as well or know how to solve it?
