April update game glitches

Great, thanks for confirming.

It's odd that after playing a completely brand new game by resetting the game folder and repairing the game, you are still experiencing this in your normal account. Run the Origin reset tool in your normal Mac account and see if that fixes it - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

Edit - Adding what has also worked for other users to fix this issue:

- Repairing the game

- Enabling Origin in-game

It fixed it thank you so much, is it safe to put the mods/cc that are working back in or should i leave them out for now ?

You could add them back in bit by bit and if it breaks again you know the mods you just added need to be updated.

I tried resetting Origin and that didn't work for me.

Hi, my game worked completely fine before this new patch.

Now a lot of the icons i.e. parenthood, loading screen - waiting icon, cancel buttons etc are all missing. The notification wall is grey too with half of the writing missing usually.

I don't have any mods or CC or use any cheats or anything like that. I have repaired the game and still the same thing. My macbook is completely up to date also.

Is anyone else having this issue?!

Ok. Could you please create a new user account on your Mac and see if the problem appears in a brand new game?
