Thanks both. You both have Broadwell processors with Intel Iris 6xxxx graphics. Not sure if that is relevant but interesting. Thanks for your specs.

Ever since I updated my mac to Mojave, the cas in the sims 4 has been not working. It appears that when you try to move the cursor around the sim, it won't "let go" of the body part. Cas is very important to my game play and I hope this can be resolved as I would like to keep playing this game. Thank you!

I've merged your post with this thread as it is a known issue that has partially been fixed. It would really help if you could please confirm which Mac you have. Instructions on how and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612...

I have a MacBook Air
MacOS Mojave
MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017)
Version 10.14
Processor 1.8 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Startup Disk Macintosh HD
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB
Anti-Virus stuff: Malwarebytes (free) and 360 Total Security
I have already done the COMPLETE thread of the "solutions" to the cas glitch already. None of them worked.
I do have CC and Mods and removing them has done nothing. I even removed them, then repaired, then tried playing and it still seemed to solve nothing.
Mods MCCC, Basemental Drugs, SimDa Dating App, Afterschool Activities V5, Personality Please, and KS University Mod
What software, if any, you have installed/updated between it working properly and then not working (if you have automatic updates turned on for the App Store please check when they last updated). I haven't installed any third party software before encountering the glitch
Did you update your version of macOS before encountering the error? yes, When I tried to open the game after it had updated to Mojave the glitch appeared
Did the error appear after updating Origin or the game? I cannot remember but I've never had the slightest problem when updating origin/sims
Which pointing device (mouse/trackpad/3rd party device) are you using? Trackpad
Which add on packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, Seasons, Parenthood, Vampires, and the free packs
Does your monitor have a touchscreen? No.
What resolution is your monitor? 1440 x 900
Are there any other programs running while the game is running? (Other than Origin) Idk what this means by programs but I'd usually have iTunes open but I've recently started having everything closed down when playing sims cause if not my game runs really slow
Is Origin In-Game enabled or disabled? Enabled
