My origin won’t load, the app opens but its blank. I have uninstalled it and reset it again and again. But It won’t work and i can’t update the sims so I can’t play. Does someone know how to fix it?

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again.

How far into the launch process are you getting? Any error messages?

I have tried all of the above and not helped. I have attached a screenshot of what I'm getting every time I reopen the app

Could you please manually remove all the Origin files - https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/

Make sure you trash every single file and folder listed otherwise it's a pointless exercise. It may not work but the reset tool you used is currently missing one file.
