Origin won't launch (mac)

Ive done everything at this point my origin still won't load (mac) this is the only screen I get is the login in but everytime I log in it says could not connect to server, please try again in a few minutes this problem has been happening for months now

I have a question, if I reset origin will my games/expansion packs be all gone or will they remain untouched? For example what will be changed and what will stay the same?

It trashes all the cache and preference files. Your games will be fine.

Welp, I have tried literally everything: Uninstall/reinstall, origin reset tool, even the disk utility.  My origin doesn't even open to a screen. It just blinks in my task bar and then disappears after a few seconds.  I'm very close to my wits end with this server and its problems.  Any other suggestions are welcomed, though my hopes for a solution are low at this point

Which version of macOS are you running? Have you tried manually uninstalling?

I was having this issue on a Mac. On the blank Origin page that wouldn't load fully, literally all I did to fix it was go to View and click Refresh Page. Fixed it instantly.

same here! that's my frustration. EA needs to update their systems so they can be compatible with the Mac. I wouldn't have purchased all those packs if I knew I couldn't use them

Had the same issue, the login box popped up but was blank. I had to go to my system preferences, network, advanced, proxies, and uncheck the "SOCKS proxy" and the login box worked instantly.
