Origin "Hours Played" and "Last Played" not working

I always launch my game in origin and im still having the same problem. Maybe its just a Mac thing?

The bummer is it really doesn't seem like this is a bug they a: know much about or b: plan to fix. But it's driving me nuuuuuuuuts!

Origin has stopped tracking my hours played and last played date since last month, i don't know how to fix it :/ I have a mac, not using any mods currently

Hi @EuniG,

Are you playing with Origin in offline mode? If so, that's the problem: Origin will only be able to track your played hours while online

edit: i just checked, I'm already online :/

Could you also check which version of Origin are you running? You can do so from the menu: Help > About.

If you launch the game from a shortcut on your desktop, from the Dock or from within your Applications folder it will not update the hours played. It only updates hours played when launching the game from within Origin.

Yeah i don't know what's the problem, i only open my game through origin itself

Then it's most probably a bug. It's really not a big issue though, at least you can play the game
