Origin keep loading but nothing happens

Good day

Please can someone assist. Ive bought sims 4 premium all good and well. Downloaded origin on Mac book and done. When you open it it just continue to load with a blurred screen. Doesn't do anything from there.

Could you please take a screenshot of the blurry screen and post it here? Would also be helpful to know which Mac you have and which version of macOS you are running.
