I've uninstalled and reinstalled Origin two times and still this message comes up. I have a stable internet connection, no one is reporting that Origin's servers are down. When I turn off my wifi, it still won't let me log in. (And yes, I entered my email and password correctly.) Any idea why this is happening to me? I don't have a firewall.

@finnpoe4eva What OS do you currently have? Players running Yosemite have had issues with Origin over the last few weeks. EA is aware of the issue and is working on a solution, but in the meantime, updating to High Sierra usually fixes the problem. If your computer doesn't support HS, El Capitan should be good enough. You can check this thread for more updates:

If you don't have Yosemite, you can try running the Origin reset tool for macs:

Otherwise, please see the following thread for more Origin troubleshooting help:

@finnpoe4eva I just tried logging into Origin, and it worked for me, so it's not a global issue. If the problem is your connection (whether it's unstable or has some other issue), you can try the troubleshooting steps in the last thread linked above, specifically this post:

@finnpoe4eva, also try moving your entire Sims 4 folder to your Desktop and try updating the game. DO NOT DELETE the Sims 4 folder.
