Origin/Sims 4 problem

So,  downloaded the sims 4 like 2 years ago and I’ve had trouble with accessing it but it always seemed to work out in the end. But now origin isn’t available and neither is my account so I made a new account and I have to buy the game all over again and I don’t have a bank account or anything and I don’t want to have to ask my mum.

 

I remember my password but it just keeps saying ‘Oops something went wrong’ and I’ve tried restarting but it doesn’t work and it’s been doing that for a while. But it does work if I go onto Origin on safari just not on the app but it’s in a different account and the account the sims 4 is on says it’s expired.

 

Does anyone have some advice or something like that? Thanks.
