I purchased three sims 4 games. I then went on to origin to download it to allow me to run my games.
It downloaded, I moved it to applications. A box appeared with three tic boxes asking about 'opening on start up'.
I clicked that I agreed, that box disappeared and nothing happened.
I clicked on the origin icon in my dashboard and it states the app is not responding.
I have deleted, redownloaded. Shut down and started again.
Help????

Firstly, please can you tell me which exact model Mac you have? Instructions on finding specs can be found here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612...
Secondly, you're running an outdated version of Yosemite. Please can you open the App Store on your Mac, go to Updates and update Yosemite to 10.10.5.
After you've done that please run the Origin reset tool - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/ then go into your Applications folder and drag the Origin app to the Trash. Empty the Trash, restart your Mac and then go to the Origin website and download Origin again and try to install it.
