I've searched, and the most recent post I've seen is from May. I didn't want to resurrect an old thread, so I hope this is okay.
In the last week or so, my game has started crashing frequently. It doesn't happen at any particular point. One time it'll be when my SIMS are talking, another will be when I'm editing their property. I've moved them out of the old house and into a brand new one a few times (different houses each time in case there was something wrong with the house itself). I can go an hour without a crash, or it can happen several times in an hour. It's gotten frustrating and I don't know what to do.
Attached is my error code from the most recent (five minutes ago) crash.
Thank you all for everything you do.

Hello Will-
I am very sorry to hear about your experience.
If you could do me a favor, and help me locate some files that will help out with investigation:
navigate to your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder
Look for a file that is called lastCrash.txt
If this has numbers after the word crash, perfect. Either PM it to me please or respond here
If not, please re run the game and it should get numbers on it, then please do the above. (either PM to me or post it here)
This will assist in investigation.
Thank you very much
Happy Simming!

Hi, I don't mean to be a pain, but could you possibly PM me so I can reply to you? The system isn't taking my messages or attachments.

Duh. I'm an idiot. Now I understand what you're talking about.
In some cases it lets me. This was a weird one where it didn't.
