Not working

I have a mac and the sims 4 usually always works perfectly on my computer. Now all of a sudden the screen freezes at the sims 4 screen after the "maxis" screen. I have already tried reinstall origin and sims 4. Please help!

Go into Documents > Electronic Arts and drag the Sims 4 folder to your desktop. Now launch the game - does it load?
