No resolve

It’s been two weeks and still no luck with trying to log in origin on Mac OSX , so today 08/06 I just happen to log in on my sisters laptop under windows and it works , don’t get me wrong I love windows but I also love my MacBook it’s just very frustrating that I can’t play sims island living which I spent 40.00 on because origin has yet to fix this problem , has anyone with MacBook Pro had any luck ?
