New update wont finalize [ Edited ]

I've updated my Mac software to Catalina 10.15.1. Ever since, when I log in to Origin, to play Sims 4, it says verifying/downloading, once its verified, it says finalizing. However, when finalizing it freezes. I've tried contacting EA but after waiting nearly 2 hours, have been unable to get any help. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? I've been trying for 2 weeks now.

Origin has had an update in the last 2 weeks, could you update it and see if that fixes it? You should be running version 10.5.55.33574
