New mac, missing sim3 games?

I just got a mac after previously having a laptop. I downloaded origin and seen a lot of my games are still there, with them being able to re download. However sims 3 university and seasons aren't. i bought these from amazon on disc, along with a couple other ones including world adventures and outdoor stuff. Both world adventures and outdoor stuff have appeared able to download but university and seasons havent. I dont have the disc or packaging anymore and was advised if i didnt register them i couldnt access downloads, however i know i didn't register the other ones available, so why are they able to be downloaded by the others arent?

If you don't have the codes to register in Origin you need to contact EA customer support - http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
