New Sims New Computer

Hey so I just got a new laptop and want to start playing Sims on my new one, I downloaded Origin and logged in with the same account I played Sims with and when I started it up none of my old game files showed up. I was under the impression that as long as I logged into the same Origin account that all my old save files would show up? Was I wrong to assume that? Help!

Saves and other user data are stored in the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts locally on the machine. You need to copy over that folder from your old computer onto your new Mac.

If you had iCloud Drive enabled it may have stored your Documents folder in the cloud.
