My the sims 3 doesnt launch

Hi, I had the sims 3 (base game)on my mac and it started find it launched , but then I downloaded(in origin) all my expansion packs, and now it says "unknown error" and it doest even launch. i tried to uninstall, but it takes forever!!!! I really need help my mac is Macbook air (13-inch,early 2015) version 10.12.5 (15F73)

Did you add the base game to Origin too?
