My sims 4 game won't open

I just updated the new patch for the sims 4 and now my game will not open it says it is already running and gives me this code

I've restarted my computer and repaired it in origin and it hasn't worked. I don't have any mods either.

Please go into your Documents > Electronic Arts folder and move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop then relaunch the game.
