Hii! Help! I have cc in my game, I don't think this is the issue, but every time I click the button to open the gallery, my game crashes. I don't know how to fix this. I clicked "repair" on the origin page, and it didn't do anything. Does anyone have a solution for this?

My sims 4 crashes when I try to open gallery. Every time i click on it, the screen freezes and the mouse starts loading before the game just automatically quits. I've tried some of the hacks I've seen other users have gotten told to try, but none of it has worked yet. 

My game is up to date, I've tried the repair button in origin and nothing has helped me

I play on a Macbook Pro, it's a litte old, but all updates are done. 

Also, nothing else in the game is wrong, it all runs smoothly except for gallery.

Hope someone might be able to help me!

Could also try a different internet connection? Maybe hot spot off your phone to test. It's also worth running the Origin reset tool https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

@universalgnome how do you reset origin? I am currently having the same issue
