My sims 4 didn't download

I bought the game on origin on the main site and the button that i clicked to by it says already owned. Everything says that i already own the game. I am on a mac and i can't find any trace 0of the sims anywhere. The was no indication anything downloaded. After I paid it told me i just purchased the sims 4 but nothing else happened. I closed the box and I don't have anything. The website tell me nothing on ow to download it or open it or find it in any way. There is nothing in downloads, desktop, documents files or anything. I have no clue of where it may be. I don't want to have wasted my money. Someone help.
