My mods aren't showing up

Hey guys,
So earlier today my Sims 4 just crashed it wouldn't even launch it would just take me to the desktop and then back to origin. Finally someone told me that I should drag my The Sims 4 folder to the desktop and I did it but then my mods weren't showing up in the game even though I have the mods enabled. I tried to move the cc and mods that I had to another folder and then I restarted the game and then I put my mods back where it should be but they still won't show up...
