My sims 4 build mode is bugging out big time. When i try to rotate the camera it causes the screen to shift so far to the right without me doing it which is annoying. It's also extremely slow and I have no idea why it's bugging out, I clicked repair for my game but it did nothing

I play sims 4 on my Macbook Pro, and the past three days is suddenly started to lag super bad during build mode and I have no Idea why. Can anyone please help me? I've hit the repair option for sims but it didn't work

I removed the Options.ini file first to see if that would work (if not i would remove my mods) and it seems to be working perfectly now!
