My Sims Keeps Quitting :(

Hi guys, I only ever play The Sims 4 on Origin on my MacBook. I played just a few days ago as normal. Today when I tried to open it it does a short into but then when it goes to display the Sims 4 effect before launching the actual game, it freezes and closes. Then my Mac says :

The Sims 4 quit unexpectedly.

Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

I've tried restarting my laptop multiple times, I've quit and gone back on Origin. I cleaned my MacBook (technically not physically lol) and nothing is working.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

How did you "clean" your laptop? Manually or using an app that deletes files?
