My Sims 4 won't open.

I have uninstalled all cc/mods and deleted all my saves. I have tried repairing and reinstalling hundreds of times but it still won't work. I'm not sure what the problem is, does anyone have a solution?

Have you moved the whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop and then tried to launch the game?
