My Sims 4 Game Won't Load

So recently, I tried to open The Sims 4 on my computer, but it didn't work. I pressed play, and then the screen turned black for a second, and then it quit. Right before the screen turns black, you can see some kind of window opening up that isn't there when the screen goes back to normal. I've tried reinstalling Origin countless times and taking out my CC, but nothing works. Does anyone have any insight as to how I can fix this? (If it's useful, I'm on a Mac.)

Could you disable Origin in-game. If it still won’t work run the Origin reset tool then try to launch the game https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

What if I don't have the ResetOrigin.zip in my downloads?
