My Sims 3 island Paradise is not allowing me to open my game at all .

I have a mac and it has never done this before. Does anyone else know how to fix this?

Can you be more specific? What exactly is happening - any error messages? Does the launcher open? Are you playing with Mods/CC?

What troubleshootign steps have you already taken to try and resolve the issue?

What Mac do you have? Model, year and operating system.

Are you playing the game by using the disc or a digital download? What other EPs and SPs do you have installed?

Have you recently installed Island Paradise or was it working before and now, for some reason, it isn't?
