I've tried EVERYTHING and after the recent update my game will not load. I clicked on TS4 icon it takes me to origin, I click on Play in origin it does nothing. I nEed help! EA wont help me. i've spoken to 4 different customer service operators and they have gave me no solution! I dont know what to do! It shows no error codes! just blank! I have spent 2days trying to figure this out!

Have you moved your entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop and tried to launch a new game?

When you tried everything does that include creating a new user account on your Mac and playing in that account?
