My CAS options are white

My options in CAS are all white like this. It is the same for any category, and is only like this for items from packs. Base game and custom content are normal. It is ok when I remove my mods folder and I am looking for out of date cc right now. Please help!!!

The only people who can help you are the creators as they need to update their UI mods to be compatible with the current patch level. Move out your mods until there is an updated version available.

Hi guys, im new to the sims and I recently downloaded a bunch of CC items. Up until the update, my game was working really well. After the update, the control panel is not working and my game is crashing. Anyone know why?

Merged your post into this one on the same issue. Move out your CC/Mods until the creators have updated to make them compatible. Your issue is most probably a UI mod.

hi just saying, I spent the entire day searching for it. does anyone know any way I could find the file easier? I’m on Mac and I’ve had the issue since island living and I know it’s my custom content somewhere. I appreciate all help!!!

It's most likely an outdated UI Mod so that's a good place to start. You may also have this issue in which case let the loading screens run and don't click through them - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/POSSIBLE-BUG-UI-glitches-and-greyed-out-menus-after-A...
