Multiple worlds access

I installed and played sims 4 on my mac, then I wanted to start fresh on my pc so I did. Now when I log in on my mac i can only access the game I played on my pc. Is there any way I can get my first mac world back?

Did you move over the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts and pick up the game you had been playing? The saved games are stored locally on the computer in that folder, not in Origin. Have you installed EPs/SPs/GPs on either computer that the other one does not have?
