Missing Sims 4 Interface, Missing Sims/Households and Can't Play Households [ Edited ]

After about 2 weeks of not playing sims, i open my sims to enjoy a game and instead of loading my only household it takes me to creating a new sim. I decide that if i create a new sim as i might be able to eventually change back to my original household, but then I cant.

this is the first time playing sims and i am unsure if i have dowloaded my sims or anything like that and i cant find them in my LIbrary

I checked in my electronics arts folder and looked online but the evidence of my sims is no where to be found.

Looking at my electronics arts folder i find two of the exact same folders with different contents.

Please send help.

Could you please tell us where exactly did you locate those two folders? Were they both at the same location?

@smtrax01 One folder was in my documents folder and the other was on my desktop, I have a MacBook

Can you do a Spotlight search (the magnifying glass in the top left corner of your desktop) for Sims 4. If that doesn't bring anything new up try searching for saves.
