MacBook Pro 16 cannot play Tiny living or Discover university?

Hi, I really need help I just brought The sims 4 standard edition + season. It'd fine when I started playing but I also brought a Tiny living staff pack it's on my pack but it didn't show while playing the game. I uninstall and re-install again with try not to select Legacy Edition follow the instruct by EA support staff. But it still have the same problem. Do you guys have any advice on this?Thank you so much.

I have: the sims 4th standard edition, Season, and Tiny Living

Why I the tiny living stuff do not show on my playing and building mode? also the main menu show "requirement" in red text, when I click to see a detail in each pack

Thanks. Could you please also attach your Config.log file? It is in your Sims 4 folder.

When I launch the game it also have a pop up said that "Pack download in progress"

Thanks that's really helpful. You're not running the Legacy Edition so I think the issue maybe the current problem with the Origin beta/technical preview here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Mac-Download-Button-Not-Working-for-Sims-4-pac...

Go into your Origin Application Settings and disable the Technical Preview then close and restart Origin. Your packs should then properly install.
