Mac initialisation error at startup [ Edited ]

Hello, I have been having the same issue for a couple of months now, as well as an issue with my saves. I play on an external hard drive but my MacBook Pro is the 13-inch Retina display early 2015 model. 

I attempted to fix it by deleting all of my CC, uninstalling the game and origin and backing up my saves. I created a whole new user on my Mac, downloaded origin there and reinstalled the game onto my hard drive. It appears to have fixed my saves issue, but I am still experiencing the initisialisation error. Also, origin says that my hard drive is full but I have about 80 GB left on it, and this stops me at times from being able to repair or update the game.
