[Mac]automatically set graphics to Highest

What would the optimal graphics settings be for my Mac? when i played for the first time it automatically set everything to the highest, but i dont think that could be right and am wondering what would be best?

Its a 13 inch 2020 macbook pro

2Ghz Quad core intel core i5

16gb memory

intel iris plus graphics 1536 MB

Best way to figure it out is to play around with the in-game settings until you get the look and performance that's right for you
