[Mac] Sim's froze now won't reopen [ Edited ]

I downloaded Sims 3 but, when I started to play it it froze when I was making a character and hasn't worked since...

I shut it down and tried to run my Mac again but, it still doesn't work. When I try to open it the following as screenshot below comes up. 

I am highly unimpressed as I payed £29.99 and I didn't even get to play it for longer than 15minutes.

Which Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

- Are you patched up to date? You should be on patch level 1.67
- What Expansion and Stuff Packs do you have installed?
