MY SIMS4 GAME WONT WORK!!!!!

What can i do? I wasnt logged off on Origin, until today to see that my sims4 game wasnt in my libary, i have my disk and code. I retry to Reinstall it but, it keeps telling me my code has already been used!!! HEELLPP

You must be logged in to Origin using the same account you registered the game to.
