I have had The Sims 4 for about a week and I hate it. I have Ultra on and thats how I want it and it is so laggy. I see a lot of other people play on Ultra with no problems. I have a macbook air and I have no idea why the game is so laggy.

The only way you will be able to play on Ultra without any lag is if you play on the higher spec. 15" MacBook Pro with dedicated AMD graphics. Or a 27" iMac, also with dedicated graphics. MacBook Airs are great but are simply not powerful enough to run any kind of game on intensively.

Your graphic chip can't run the game on ultra without being "laggy". Please set lower graphic settings in order to get rid of the lag.
