I recently received a 13" Macbook Pro with Retina for christmas. My Sims 4 has been working perfectly for about the first 4 days and now it started freezing when loading to get into the game. After being frozen for about 3-5 minutes it goes into the game but the music from the loading screen continues to play. I've researched my problem but it seems like nobody's had this problem. How can I fix this?
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and drag the Options.ini file to the trash. Launch your game from within your Applications folder, does it work?
