Hello @katiealicexx! Here are some troubleshooting options for you to try:

  • Restart your Mac computer.
  • Right click on the Sims 4 in Origins and click Repair Game.
  • Right click on the Sims 4 in Origins and click Game Properties. Next, check Disable Origin in Game for this game.
  • Uninstall the Sims 4 and reinstall.
  • Uninstall Origins and reinstall.

Let me know if any of these solutions help!
