[MAC] My Sims4 won't update [ Edited ]

I pushed the button 'update' to update my sims on origin but nothing happen after that. 

Then I waited for it about 10 minutes still nothing change, so I decide to quit and reopen the origin again.

Now I can't push any button to enter the game.

Try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.

It did work, but this just pop-up instead when I try to resume playing my game. 

I putted my password and nothing happen until my game crashed, so I have to force it quit by myself.

After that I tried to reopen it again and its still crashed.
