I have had the sims 4 since it was released for Mac and have had so many problems with this game. There seems to be a bug which is now making my game unplayable and quite honestly I'd like a refund for the game. My sims characters freeze and cannot accept any actions yet time moves on and their needs decay. I have tried various things from repairing the game, deleting games and even re-installing the game. I have also checked my computers compatibility with the game which is fine and have I am at my wits end with this! I know there has been patches to try and fix this but it's beyond a joke now!
