Lot floors wont load in, and big glitch black wall in screen.(Also crashes)[MAC]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EXPANSION PACKS: All expansion packs GAME PACKS: magic realm, Strangerville, parenthood, Spa day STUFF PACKS: Paranormal, Nitty stuff, tiny living, laundry day, Toddler stuff, Bowling night stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load in a household, and look at the lots. The floor will not be there or will be gray and items in the house don't load.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes, or when your playing you cant see the floor, and a big black glitch wall blocks screen.
What do you expect to see? I hope to be able to see the floor when the bug is fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
