Lost all my game data!

I just installed a new update, and all of my data is gone! II have purchased packs and they do not show up, along with all of the worlds and played games. I have a MacBook Air, and this has never happened to me before!!

Is your saves folder with your saves still in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves?

Which packs have you purchased that are not showing?

Yes my saves folder is still there and the packs that I have that aren't showing up  are Cats and dogs, City Living, Get Famous, Get to work, Get Together, Island Living, Seasons, Parenthood, Vampires, Movie hangout stuff, and Vintage Glamour Stuff.

Thanks packs are now installed into their own folder in the same location as the Sims 4 app. This is normally the Applications folder. Can you check for it?

Please could you click on one of your saves once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the save here.

I checked my Applications folder and The Sims 4 was not in it. I searched for it on the search bar and found it though. 

For the location of the save It says:

The Sims 4 folder is in the right location, I have no idea why your saves wouldn't be loading unless your Mac internal storage is low and it is pushing all content to iCloud. The Sims 4 folder should never be in your Applications folder but the Sims 4 Packs folder should be, in the same location the Sims 4 app is.

If the storage is the possible issue, should I just delete some things off my computer and then try again?

You could but have you checked your storage?

In System Preferences it says that I have 2.8 GB out of 5 GB left

That's your iCloud storage. What about your internal storage? About This Mac > Storage
