Laptop going in for repairs, will i lose everything in Sims 4?

I’ve downloaded The Sims 4 and some expansion packs through Origins and downloaded them there. My laptop has to be delivered to the Genius bar at the Apple shop (Macbook Pro 2018).

Now I’m worried that I will lose everything i’ve built in the game. Is it stored online through my Origins username and password or locally on my laptop? Is it enough for me to do a complete backup through the TimeMachine or do I need to take extra measures to be sure not to lose my Sims?

Time Machine should back everything up but just to make sure your Sims stuff is doubly safe, go into Documents > Electronic Arts and copy the Sims 4 folder to a USB or whichever back up device you have.
