Hi All,
I just purchased the Sims 4 after a long time debating if I should, installed it, and now I can't get it to play! Every time I open the game it takes me to a black screen (which I presume would turn into the loading screen) BUT then it goes back to my desktop and if I hover over the app it says app not responding,
I was under the assumption that my computer was able to run the Sims 4, and I have tried 'repairing', updating the game, and I have also tried moving the Sims 4 folder out to my desktop as recommended by some threads. Please help me! I desperately want to be able to play
My specs are:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB
and I am running macOS High Sierra (v. 10.13.12)
