June 18th Update: Loading Problem

I recently updated my game to the June 18th 2019 patch but whenever I open my game, I can't go into build mode (it loads foreeeeeeverrrrr), cannot make a Sim (see attached photo) and cannot enter other worlds. I do have mods enabled but when they automatically disabled them before I manually enabled them it was still the same. I have a Mac and use Origin. Origin is fully updated. Someone help please!! )

No! All in the Sims 4 folder? Still without your Mods folder, could you repair the game and see if it then works? If not then create a new user account on your Mac and play a brand new game to see if that fixes it.

Move your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file and launch a clean game without CC/Mods - has it fixed the issue?

It didn't work x but I had 12 localthumbcache.package files. Is that normal???
