It won't let me play :(

HELP! I just downloaded Sims 4 on Origin. It won't let me play or launch it. The play button is grey, it tells me to buy it for Mac, When I click on this it redirects me to what I have already downloaded??

Please help I am very confused

Hey @lillylewis72 the first thing to do is to try resetting Origin on  your Mac: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
