Issue getting into Sims 4 on Mac

Issue on Mac:

When I click play on my Sims 4 game it shows the plumbob in the down bar and then goes away and game doesn't open/start. It just goes back to My Games page. I need help trying to fix whatever is going on!

If you use Mods/CC move out the Mods folder and see if that fixes it. You could also disable Origin in-game, that often fixes an unresponsive game.
