Installation error on mac

Hi! Whenever I try to install the Sims 3 on my mac through Origin (I've had the game installed before) it says that an unexpected error occured and that I should turn off and on my mac and turn off my adblocker. I've done all of this but the error message still pops up every time I try to install the game again. What should I do?

@LindaSmile1  Please run the Origin reset tool, restart your computer, and try to download the base game again.
